Work with sourcing to drive fabric developments and yarn sourcing.

Lead and mentor design team, ensuring alignment with design vision.

Conduct trend research to identify emerging styles, color stories, and key silhouettes that align with brand identity.

Review all prototypes and samples providing feedback and adjustments as needed to achieve design intent.

Partner with Merchandising to meet line plan business needs.

Attend all fittings across all RTW category, providing guidance to maintain standards in fit, function and aesthetic.
